Equipment Description:

1. The equipment is suitable for sheet-fed products, enabling synchronous production with two molds. Each vulcanization cycle produces two mold sets of products, offering simple operation and high production efficiency.

2. Rubber sheet or roll raw material undergoes a complete process including conveying and loading, length-based cutting, product vulcanization, demolding, finished product boxing, mold release agent spraying, and mold cleaning. When integrated with a vulcanizing press, this forms a closed-loop process flow, achieving fully automated production.


Application Scope:

1. Rubber materials, including Nitrile (NBR), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR), Fluoroelastomer (FKM), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Natural Rubber (NR), Butyl Rubber (IIR), and Recycled Rubber.

2. Suitable products: Rubber O-rings, gaskets and sealing products, various demoldable irregular rubber parts, etc.

3. Compatible with conventional vulcanizing presses; existing vulcanizing presses can be integrated.

4. Existing Rubber Molds can be used.

5. This automation equipment does not include the vulcanizing press.

Note: Feasibility and specific solutions are subject to confirmation by the Rubber Enterprise R&D Department.
