Equipment Description:

1. Compatible with various models of plate vulcanizing presses or vacuum vulcanizing presses.

2. The equipment is equipped with a 25 kg silicone storage hopper, which alarms when material runs low. It allows independent refilling without interrupting production.

3. The equipment includes a conveying and loading system, injection molding system, robotic system, electrical control assembly, etc.

4. Solid silicone (25 kg) is stored in the hopper for use. It is conveyed to the injection system, and based on the mold layout and required material weight, the silicone is evenly injected into the mold cavities—whether in strip or block form. Following process standards, the mold is closed, pressurized for vulcanization, and the product is removed by the robotic system.

Application Scope:

1. Solid silicone with hardness ranging from Shore A 35 to 70.

2. Suitable products: Silicone O-rings, silicone gaskets and seals, various demoldable silicone irregular parts, etc.

3. Compatible with conventional vulcanizing presses; existing vulcanizing presses can be integrated.

4. Existing Silicone Molds can be used.

5. This automation equipment does not include the vulcanizing press.
